Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

1. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged or mismatched (wrong product delivered).
2. Customers must provide a parcel opening video as proof to claim any return or exchange.

Return/Exchange Process:

1. Contact our customer support team via support@krincy.com within 7 days of delivery to raise a return or exchange request.
2. Share the parcel opening video and order details for verification.
3. Once the request is verified and approved, our team will arrange for the product pickup.
4. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Non-Eligible Cases:

• Returns or exchanges without a parcel opening video will not be accepted.
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence will not be eligible.
• Minor variations in color, design, or texture due to screen resolution or handcrafted products will not be considered as damage.

Refund/Exchange Timeline:

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the exchange or refund process will be initiated within 7 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit as per customer preference.

Order Delivery Policy

• 80% of orders are delivered within 3 days in most parts of South India.

• The remaining 20% of orders may take up to 5 days due to operational factors.

   • Orders placed after 11 AM will be processed and shipped the next business day.
